* All items are based on first come first serve basis.* Serious buyers only! Payment must be made to my MAYBANK /MAYBANK2U.COM account before items can be delivered. (Pls e-mail me for my account number)

* The maximum period for reservation is 3 Days. Otherwise, the items will be sold to others waiting in line.

* Please inform me ASAP if you wish to cancel your reservation.

* Please ensure the size of item(s) you're buying is right because items sold are non-returnable / refundable / exchangeable.

* Item(s) will be send via Normal Post due to free charges.
